What size should I order?
Always go by the chest measurement initially. Order the closest to your chest size.do check the size chart for further body measurements, you can pop your actual measurements in the additional instruction box and we can make to measure with room for comfort.
How can I tell you about my measurements or special requirements?
There is a special instruction box on the size page so you can be specific if required.
What’s the difference between the different types of fleece?
All fleece is 100% polyester and is easily washed and dried
Cuddle fleece – thick,soft and fluffy on both sides. Very warm
Mid weight cuddle fleece – just as fluffy, but less weight.
Lambskin – warm and cosy and the texture of lambs wool on the outside with a soft woven inside.
Polar fleece – regular fleece, anti pill, good quality and very soft.
Super Soft fleece – lighter weight cuddle fleece and exceptionally soft.
Micro fleece – light weight and very soft great for warmer weather
What are the fleeces made of?

Can you design one especially for me of my favourite character?
You can design your own on our amazing onesie builder, bring your imagination to life. If you do have a bespoke onesie design idea do get in touch, we can probably create your idea as long as its not protected by copyright
Can I send you a logo to embroider onto my all-in-one onesie?
Yes, you can upload it to your design and we ill be in touch should we need to digitise it.
How long does it take to make my all-in-one onesie?
We are currently working towards a 14-28 day completion on all orders placed after 14th January 20121.
What happens If I’ve left it too late and it won’t get to me in time for a special date?
We can send a gift pack with a sample of the fleece that you have ordered, so that you have something to wrap and give on the day.
Can you send me a sample of my favourite fleeces before I order so I can see them?

What do I do if it arrives and I think I have ordered the wrong size?
We always suggest that you check the size chart before placing your order to make sure you have ordered the correct size. If you think it looks too big when it arrives just try it on first as we normally find that once on, they are a perfect fit.
Do you offer an alteration service?
Yes we do, there is a small charge of £15 plus return delivery for this service, so just pop it back to us using a signed for service with a note in with your order number and the size you need it to be and we will do the rest. You should have it back within a fortnight.
How should I wash my all-in-one onesie?
Fleece onesies can be washed at 40 degrees and a low tumble dry setting. For other fabrics please check the fabric guide or your care label.
