Orders placed latter part of November and December

Thank you so much for your order. We appreciate your business and support, even more so than ever during these really tough times. 

I just wanted to let you know how Covid is affecting the timing of your order and the effects on anticipated completion date. 

The main issue is that our staff are having to self-isolate when their children’s classes are being closed due to a positive case of Coronavirus being identified. 

This means that some of our master craftsmen are unable to work for a fortnight at a time. 

We don’t know if and when a member staff will be having to self-isolate, there is no notice and 

We are unable to bring in temporary cover as our staff are so highly skilled. 

(It takes years to get to the level that they work to) 

This means that we are no longer able to try and predict shipping dates but can only say 4-6 weeks from the order date and we know that this isn’t good enough for you especially as Christmas time. 

So… 

What we can do is send a gift pack to you, 

It will include a card explaining that you had ordered in plenty of time but Covid has slowed our processes down. 

Along with the card will be a sample of the fabric that you have chosen. 

The gift pack will mean that you have something to wrap and give on the day as we know this is important to you. 

They will know that you had ordered in plenty of time but Covid has slowed our processes down. 

They will still get the very special gift that you had planned for them – just a little later than expected. 

The gift pack will not be sealed 

So that you can add your own words if you’d like to 

And you can rest assured that the most amazing gift will soon be on its way to them. If you would like a gift pack simply email [email protected] using the subject title as gift pack and mention your name or order number and I will arrange this for you at no extra charge. 

If you need to update your shipping details because of the delay please let me know and I can do this for you. 

As I’m sure you can understand we don’t run the fast track service in December as this would not be fair on people who have ordered in advance, we are now operating on a first come first served basis. 

I can promise you that we are all doing our absolute best for you and I’d like to personally thank you again for your patience and understanding.
