What is Terry Towelling?

Terry towelling is made by weaving or knitting natural materials such as cotton together. Easy to care for, it is looped on both sides for extra absorption, and is soft against the skin. Due to its durability, Terry Towelling is often used in towels and bath robes.

Our Terry Towelling is hypoallergenic and the least likely fibre to cause any skin irritation. Terry Towelling also dries easily, reducing the potential of bacteria build-up, making it safe for the whole family.

What is the make up of Terry Towelling?

Our Terry Towelling is 90% Cotton and 10% Polyester for comfort and stretch - No elastane and allergy free.

What are the fabric qualities?

What are the Care instructions for the Towelling Onesies?

Our Terry Towelling Onesies are machine washable. All Onesies come with a care label and washing instructions so you can keep your Onesie feeling Snuggletastic.

Of course! We offer a complimentary Fabric Swatch Service so you can see and feel fabrics before ordering, so you can buy with confidence.

Where is my Terry Towelling Onesie made?

All Onesies are handmade to order in Northumberland, UK, by our team of Master Craftsmen.

What are the Delivery Options for UK and Worldwide?

How long will it take for my Towelling Onesie to be handmade and dispatched?

Orders can now take up to 21-28 days to complete during the COVID-19 crisis. If you have chosen the fast track service, we will prioritise your order.
We will let you know by email once your order has been dispatched with the details of the courier / postal service used and the tracking number.

Can I Fast Track my order?

Yes. We now offer our Express Manufacture Service. For an extra charge of £20, we can hand make and dispatch your Onesie within 3 working Days.

How much are they?

As each Onesie is handmade to order to your specifications, Onesie prices will vary depending on the size and fabric ordered, the add-on's chosen, and delivery options.

The price of your Onesie will be displayed on our 3d Onesie Builder as you go through the designing process.

What Size should I order?

Always go by the chest measurement initially. Order the closest to your chest size. We recommend checking our Size Charts for further body measurements.

Can you make to measure?

Of course. We offer a Made to Measure service so you can let us know about any specific measurements or special requirements. You can pop your actual measurements in the additional instruction box and we can make to measure with room for comfort.

Can my Terry Towelling Onesie have Sensory Seams?

Of course. Just select Sensory Seams on our 3D Onsie Builder, and your Towelling Onesie will be sewn so that seams feels seamless and no label will be sewn into the Onesie so nothing causes any irritation.

Can I choose which Add-on's are on my Onesie?

Yes! You can Create-your-Own Towelling Onesie on our 3D Onesie Builder. From Hood, Pockets, Ears, Tails, Feet, Mittens, and even personalisation, you can select which add-on's you'd like on your Towelling Onesie.

Can my Towelling Onesie be more than one colour?

Yes, you can mix and match different colours to create your unique colour combinations. Each panel and add-on can be a different colour, so you're free to select as many different colourways as you like. You could even design your Onesie in your team colours.

After Care...

What if I order the wrong size?

We always suggest that you check the size chart before placing your order to make sure you have ordered the correct size. If you think it looks too big when it arrives just try it on first as we normally find that once on, they are a perfect fit.

Do you offer an Alteration Service?

Yes we do, there is a small charge of £15 for this service, so just pop it back to us using a signed for service with a note in with your order number and the size you need it to be and we will do the rest. You should have it back within a week.

What Happens if my Onesie needs a little TLC?

As part of our commitment to the environment we offer the TLC service.  For £25 plus delivery you can return your Onesie for a pampering session, it will receive a new zip, new cuffs and new soles of the feet. So much better to be able to repair your loyal trusted Onesie companion rather than replace it completely, when it just needs a little TLC. Simply return it to us, with your contact details inside and a note to say TLC. Pease also mention if there is anything specific that you would like us to take care of.
