Winning Team See How Fully Customised Onesies Are Made

"It was an absolute pleasure hosting a tour of the All-in-One Company Factory for the winning team of the First Face to Face Industry Spark Live Final for the Manufacturing Sector. Wellfield Middle School were the winners and they enjoyed a tour of the factory to see how mass customisation is carried out.

 

Each and every Onesie is hand made to order in Northumberland UK. Customers design their own Onesies on the pioneering 3D Onesie builder website and each design is then hand made to order and delivered worldwide.

 

The linking of technology and traditional skills creates a completely unique business idea. Using this formula students can start to think about enterprising ideas for their future business ventures. The problem solving exercise is just the beginning into their journey into the world of work.

 

First face to face Industry Spark is a pioneering program that links schools with businesses across the region. Each business presents an issue that they are currently facing and the teams of students across 4 schools in the region take part in the challenge to provide a solution to each problem.
